---1st Part Qabalistic Cross---
1)Stand Fcaing East, body straight,feet together and hands at side.
2)Touch fore-head with right hand and say,"Atah".
3)Touch chest at level of heart and say,"Aiwass".
4)From the chest, move right hand virtiaclly downward as low as possible without bending body, touch the base of the pelvic area and say "Malkut".
5)Touch left shoulder with right hand and say,"Ve Gedulah"
6)Touch right should with right hand and say,"Ve Gedulah">
7)Clasp hands flatly,palm to palm in fromt of the body at the level of the Heart say, "Le Olahm".
8)Pause, say,"Amen and bring jands down to sides as in #1.
